Customer Service.... thats one area where I should be actually speaking about since I am in the key services as in Banking...to deliver good customer service... Well..there is a huge difference in good and excellent customer service... A customer is delighted if his experience with you exceeds his expectations... As a banker we offer more than just a face of the bank as a teller in the window...or a customer query officer... We can and are the human face of the name that we work for... Many faceless and nameless people who work behind the scenes are also the clogwheels of the bank... but are also the essential chain links for work to go on... Hmm...but here am not to talk about my role in customer service... Actually about a delightful experience I had recently with a shop called ironically "Delight Foods"... which made me delighted in many ways... and invariably makes me return week on week to the same shop... not because of the proximity of the shop to my ho...

Endhiran..hmm,Rajini ....the ultimate hero and the superb entertainer... how can i explain the movie in words....or a little paragraph?? Hmm...I have finally seen the movie and WOW is only one word that comes to my mind.. I don't want to sound a Rajni Bhakt and say Superstar and all... thats cos I am not a Rajni fan... but yes I love his movies...and his styles... ENDHIRAN...outclasses all his earlier movies..and yes has finally made me submit to be his fan... Entertainment means that you should fully go and enjoy yourself and forget all your troubles for those 3 hours that the silverscreen entralls you and thats what draws us to the movies.. the larger than life precense and the stories that the directors weave... which are much better than our boring everyday lives...... The movie is all about Robotics and Artificial Intelligence.. which may one day become a reality seeing the way technology and computers are progressing... We may even have Robo C...
